Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") governing the use of KAVAZO and the purchase of our exquisite pastries and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.'
1. Ordering & Bespoke Creations
- All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
- For bespoke cake designs and large orders, a consultation and a non-refundable deposit may be required.
- We reserve the right to make minor alterations to custom designs based on structural integrity or ingredient availability, while maintaining the overall aesthetic. Significant changes will be communicated to you for approval.
- Orders are fulfilled within 24 to 72 hours. Same-day orders must be placed before 9:00 PM and will be delivered within 2 hours, subject to availability.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in BDT and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- VAT is charged at 15% on cakes and patisserie items, and 5% on products such as tea, coffee, perfumes, and flowers.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
- Payment is due in full upon placing an order unless otherwise agreed upon for bespoke creations.
- Orders must be paid in full via approved payment methods at checkout. Refer to the FAQs for accepted payment types.
3. Collection & Delivery
- Collection: Orders are available for collection during our specified business hours. Please ensure you arrive at the agreed-upon time.
- Delivery: We offer delivery services within Dhaka city. All products are delivered by trained personnel to ensure quality and safety.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
4. Care & Storage
- Detailed care and storage instructions will be provided with your order to ensure the optimal enjoyment of our pastries.
- We are not responsible for deterioration of goods due to improper storage after collection or delivery.
5. Allergens & Dietary Information
- Our kitchen handles ingredients including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
- While we provide allergen information, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Customers with severe allergies must inform us of their requirements at the time of ordering.
6. Cancellations & Amendments
- Cancellations for standard orders may be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection or delivery. A cancellation fee may apply.
- Amendments to bespoke orders may incur additional charges and are not guaranteed if requested within 72 hours of the delivery date.
- No cancellations are accepted after order placement for our bespoke orders. In emergencies, please contact 01722-746008 to discuss date changes.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only if products are damaged due to Kavazo's handling. Must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days if a valid claim is made.
- No refunds will be issued for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic or weather).
- For wrong items, contact us immediately with order number and images. Products must be unconsumed.
- In case of out-of-stock items, you will be notified and offered a refund via bKash or a product change.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure all delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are the property of KAVAZO and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Legal & Privacy Compliance
- Customer data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh.
- By using our services, you agree to our data practices and terms.
12. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
13. Amendments to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement to updated terms.
