1. Where is Kavazo located?
We currently operate across three outlets in Dhaka. Exact locations can be found on our store locator or contact page.
2. What are your hours of operation?
Our outlets are open every day from 9:00 AM to 12:59 AM. Please note that operating hours may vary on national holidays.
3. Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we provide delivery throughout Dhaka city, subject to area availability and time constraints.
4. What is your standard delivery time?
We offer standard and same-day delivery within 2 hours, depending on product availability and delivery zone.
5. Can I place same-day orders?
Yes. Same-day orders must be placed before 9:00 PM and are typically delivered within 2 hours.
6. Are there delivery charges?
Yes. Delivery fees vary by location:
- Free delivery: Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, and Uttara (Sectors 1–13)
- Charged delivery: Ranges from Tk. 150 to Tk. 400 depending on your area.
7. How far in advance should I place an order?
For regular items, we recommend placing your order at least 24–48 hours in advance. Custom cake orders require more time and will be discussed during your consultation.
8. Do you offer custom cake designs?
Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke cakes tailored to your unique vision. Contact us directly to book a design consultation.
9. Are your pastries suitable for special dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegan)?
Yes, we offer a selection of pastries for various dietary preferences. Availability may vary, and advance notice is required for large or customized orders.
10. What are your payment options?
We accept credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash on delivery.
11. How should I store your pastries?
To preserve quality, store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate as instructed. Specific storage guidance will be provided with your order.
12. What if my product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged due to our handling, we will accept a return and arrange a replacement or refund. Issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.
13. Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damages caused by Kavazo. We do not process returns for taste preferences or change-of-mind cases.
14. When can I expect a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 to 20 business days.
